About Rob Burgan

Rob Burgan entered the mortgage industry in December 1993 specializing in processing all types of residential loans.  In September 1996, after sufficient experience was gained, Rob Burgan made the transition to originating mortgage loans.  Rob pursued additional outside training and completed the Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist course in October 2007.  Rob also became a member of the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association as a Certified Mortgage Lender in January 2008.  Rob Burgan's high regard for honest mortgage lending principals and consumer rights keeps him active with the legislative body and he has written several letters to the Federal Reserve, the Colorado District Attorney as well as the Division of Real Estate for Colorado.

Rob Burgan is a registered agent on the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System ID# 184163, as well as a Licensed Active Mortgage Broker registered at DORA Lic. #LMB100018847.

Rob Burgan hails from Sacramento, CA where he earned an Associate degree in Drafting after returning home from the ARMY as a Bradley driver in the Infantry in Germany.
